Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 6, 2025
Welcome to Smugla! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Smugla website, and any related services provided by us. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This is a legally binding agreement.
2. Our Services
Smugla provides a courier comparison platform that enables users to obtain quotations for and book third-party parcel delivery services. Smugla acts as an intermediary and is not the direct carrier of goods.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
4. Prohibited Items
You are prohibited from shipping any items that are illegal, hazardous, or restricted by law or by the policies of our courier partners. A detailed list is available in our Help Centre. You are solely responsible for ensuring your parcel does not contain prohibited items.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Smugla, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
