Can I track my parcel?
Yes! Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number. You can enter this on our "Track Parcel" page to get real-time updates on your delivery.
How do I cancel a booking?
To cancel a booking, please log in to your account, go to "My Orders", and select the order you wish to cancel. Please note that cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions.
